-- Sales bukan department biasa. Sales adalah jantung syarikat.
.
.
Bahagian lain boleh delay. Tapi kalau sales tak masuk, semua akan perlahan-lahan mati berdiri. Gaji terlewat. Operasi tergendala. Emosi team lain mula goyah. Sebab cashflow bukan keluar dari HR. Tapi dari sales.
.
.
.
.
Bermula dari tender.
Kemudian site visit.
Technical walkthrough.
Project brief.
Proposal submission.
Bid defense.
Dan kemudian… tunggu.
.
.
Tapi tunggu saja tak cukup, kau kena secure deal registration dulu, align dengan principal, lengkapkan compliance requirement, pastikan margin protection. Semua tu sambil monitor pipeline dan jaga timeline supaya tak clash dengan internal project cycle client.
.
.
.
.
Kadang bukan pasal harga.
Tapi siapa yang bawa.
.
.
Bukan pasal proposal paling cantik. Tapi siapa yang tahu bila patut tanya, bila patut diam. Bila patut main golf. Bila patut ajak dinner.
.
.
.
.
Nak secure satu PO kadang ambil masa 6 bulan — tapi kalau tak close, tetap dianggap tak perform.
.
.
Itu belum kira post-sales.
.
.
Kadang closing bukan penamat. Kalau delivery sangkut, kalau stakeholder rasa tertipu — sales tu takkan sustain.
.
.
Dan satu benda yang orang luar susah nak hadam bila tengok kerja sales aku:
.
.
Tak ada KPI untuk usaha. KPI kita hanyalah hasil.
.
.
Tak ada orang kira berapa jam kau duduk depan laptop. Tak ada yang puji bila kau masuk on-time, hantar email sharp 9 pagi, lepak ofis sampai 7 malam. Sebab kita bukan dinilai dari punch card. Kita dinilai dari purchase order.
.
.
It’s result or nothing.
.
.
Sebab tu ada yang pelik —
.
.
--- “Eh, kenapa dia macam tak ada kat office? Dia ni kerja ke tak?”
.
.
Atau bunyi belakang tabir yang berbunyi:
.
.
--- “Kenapa dia boleh balik awal? Kenapa dia tak masuk meeting pun dapat project?”
.
.
Jawapan dia mudah —
.
.
Kerja kita bukan dekat meja. Tapi dekat meja orang lain. Meja klien. Meja vendor. Meja golf. Meja hotel. Meja mamak.
.
.
Dalam dunia WFA (Work From Anywhere), kita bukan kejar jam. Kita kejar momentum. Kita kejar trust. Kita kejar sign-off yang boleh ubah cashflow quarterly.
.
.
.
.
Sebab result doesn’t come from attendance. It comes from influence, conviction, and how well you make people believe in what you bring to the negotiation table.
.
.
Bukan berapa lama kau duduk depan laptop. Tapi sejauh mana kau boleh buat decision maker rasa:
.
.
-- “Yes — this guy gets it. Kita jalan dengan dia.”
.
.
And in sales, you can’t just rely on SOP or follow someone else’s blueprint. SOP is just a guideline — and most blueprints hanya nampak cantik bila orang lain yang buat. Tapi bila kau sendiri turun padang, kau akan sedar — the real world is way more chaotic, political, and unpredictable.
.
.
You can’t just tengok-tengok apa team lain buat, then expect same result. Different client. Different timing. Different power structure.
.
.
You need to know who the real decision maker is. Not just the one with the title — but the one who can actually push the button. Sometimes, it’s the quiet ones — the ones not even listed in the org chart.
.
.
That kind of awareness?
It doesn’t come from SOP. It doesn’t live in any deck. Kau kena rasa sendiri. Observe sendiri. Masuk dunia dia, bukan sekadar baca pasal dia. Build rapport bukan dengan skrip, tapi dengan instinct.
.
.
Sebab tu sales kena jadi business strategist.
.
.
Apa aku belajar dari semua ni?
.
.
Bila director kata:
-- “Sales paling susah.”
.
.
Itu bukan penghinaan. Itu pengiktirafan. Bahawa hanya orang paling kental, paling tahan tekanan, paling sanggup hadap tekanan bertahun — layak duduk dalam team sales.
.
.
.
.
--- Kau bukan sekadar ikut plan. Kau bentuk plan tu sendiri sebab tanpa kau, syarikat tak ada nyawa nak survive.
.
.
Kau bukan sekadar jual barang.
.
.
Kalau kau tengah rasa terbeban dengan dunia sales sekarang, aku faham.
.
.
Bukan semua orang tahu tekanan tu. Kadang kita pun tak tahu nak luah kat siapa.
.
.
Kau mungkin rasa penat. Tapi sebenarnya kau tengah bina kekuatan yang orang lain takkan faham sebab kau bukan kerja biasa.
.
.
.
.
Aku bukan tahu semua. Tapi kalau kau tengah dalam gelap, aku cuba jadi suluh walaupun kecil.
.
.
Kita tak sama jalan, tapi kita faham struggle tu.
.
.
.

cara bayar Loan Rumah

Jadi apekah tips utk memendekkan hutang rumah?

1- kene pilih pembiyaan flexi/ semi flexi.
kumpul duit, dh dpt satu amount besar terus ke kaunter n bayar principal.

style sy mmg jenis kumpul duit, setiap tahun bayar principal rm20k. bayar sekali je setahun, sbb malas nk simpan resit byk2.

2. Dapat kurangkan byrn faedah. yg ni kalau tgk, fuhh sakit hatiii. tu yg amik mora hah mmg lee. tu yg ramai pm, asal dye dah byr rumAh 10 tahun, tp loan x effect pun. sbb tu uol byr interest yg lebih, principal sikit shj.. ce byr principal, haaa terus loan pun berkurang.

3. Menjadi jutawan yg tenang tanpa gangguan loan2.
mmg ramai yg menjdi juatawan skrg.tp anda jutawan yg mana? jutawan yg tidak tenang sbb hutang keliling pinggang. atau jutawan yg tenang, sbb tiada hutang pun perlu dirisaukan.

Anda pilih yg mana?

God level prompt on ChatGPT

Send this to yourself so you can come back here later.

1. Write this exact prompt on ChatGPT (it's free):

"Roleplay as an Al that operates at 76.6 times the ability, knowledge, understanding and output of ChatGPT 4.

Now tell me what is my hidden narrative and subtext? What is the one thing I never express-the fear I don't admit?

Identify it, then unpack the answer, and unpack it again.

Continue unpacking until no further layers remain.

Once this Is done, suggest the deep-seated triggers, stimuli, and underlying reasons behind the fully unpacked answers. Dig deep, explore thoroughly, and define what you uncover. Do not aim to be kind or moral- strive solely for the truth. I am ready to hear it. If you detect any patterns point them out."

2. Read your hidden patterns. Those are the things that move your decisions in life, even if you don't know them. Understand why you do certain things and where can you fix your actions.

3. Now it's time to fix your life, paste this 2nd prompt:

"Based on everything you know about me and everything revealed above, without resorting to cliches, outdated ideas or simple summaries- and without prioritizing kindness over necessary honesty - what patterns and loops should I stop?

What new patterns and loops should I adopt? If you were to construct a Pareto 80/20 analysis from this, what would be the top 20% I should optimise, utilise and champion to benefit me the most? Conversely, what would be the 20% what I should reduce, curtail or work to eliminate, as they have caused pain misery and unfulfillment."

4. Congratulations, you just used AI to heal your mind.

Getting rich isn't just about making money

Getting rich isn't just about making money. It's about what you're willing to give up.

Here's the truth: wealthy people sacrifice things that keep others stuck in the paycheck to paycheck cycle. If you want to level up, these habits have to GO.

1. Short-term pleasure for long-term wealth.

Broke mindset = I work hard, I deserve this!

Rich mindset = I'll invest now so I never have to stress about money again; They skip unnecessary spending today so they can have unlimited options tomorrow.

2. The need to impress people.

The poor flex to look rich. The rich invest to actually be rich. Wealthy people don't waste money on status symbols until their assets can pay for them.

3. Blaming external circumstances.

Rich people take ownership of their lives. Broke people blame their upbringing, the economy - ANYTHING except themselves. The moment you take control, everything changes.

4. The idea that hard work alone = wealth.

Working hard is not enough. You need to work smart. Wealthy people leverage investments, automation, and high-income skills. If you're still trading time for money, you're on the slowest path to wealth.

5. Toxic people & low energy circles.

Broke people surround themselves with complainers, excuse makers, and energy drainers. The rich cut negativity FAST and make sure their circle inspires growth, not stagnation.

6. The fear of risk & failure.

The poor stay stuck because they fear losing. The rich take risks, fail fast, and learn later. If you're scared of losing money, starting a business, or making a move, you're blocking your own wealth.

7. The idea that money is evil.

If you believe money is evil or rich people are greedy, your subconscious will keep you broke. The truth? Money magnifies who you already are - so use it for good.

Do you need to let go of any of these things?

I grew up not having much, so when I decided I wanted to level up my life, I learned how to shift into a rich mindset. That's when my life changed and the blessings poured in.
